7.1 Participation in the Program
By registering for the EliteTradingBot Affiliate Program (“the Company”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
7.2 Relationship Status
The Affiliate acts solely as an independent contractor. Participation in the program does not create any form of employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and the Company. The Affiliate may not act or present themselves as an authorized representative of the Company.
7.3 Commission Calculation & Payment
Commissions are calculated based on eligible sales or subscriptions generated through the Affiliate’s unique referral link or code.
Payments are made in USDT (TRC20) or other currencies/methods specified by the Company.
The minimum payout threshold is set by the Company and may be subject to change.
A clearance period of 1–30 days may apply to verify and validate sales before payment.
We may require identity verification (KYC) before releasing any affiliate payouts, especially for large amounts or cross-border payments.
7.4 Tax Obligations
The Company does not withhold any taxes or contributions on behalf of the Affiliate. The Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, or contributions as required by the laws of their country of residence.
7.5 Usage & Compliance Policy
The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s services lawfully and ethically, avoiding:
Spam emails or unsolicited messages.
False or misleading claims.
Use of prohibited keywords or brand bidding without permission.
Promotion in countries or regions where the service is unavailable or restricted.
7.6 Transaction Records
The Company keeps full records of all payments and Affiliate performance for accounting, internal, and legal purposes.
7.7 Termination Rights
The Company reserves the right to terminate cooperation with any Affiliate who violates these terms, with or without prior notice.
7.8 Amendments
The Company may modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via email or within the affiliate platform. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Third-Party Exchange Accounts & API Access
8.1 Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party cryptocurrency platforms via API, including but not limited to Bybit and Binance (collectively, the “Third-Party Platforms”).
These Third-Party Platforms are global services, operating independently under their own terms and conditions, and are limited to, governed by, or tailored for a specific country, region, or jurisdiction.
We do not represent that any Third-Party Platform is available, permitted, or suitable in any particular location.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Third-Party Platform.
Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed exclusively by that platform’s own terms, rules, and policies, regardless of your geographic location. Any rights, obligations, or restrictions arising from your interaction with such platforms exist solely between you and the Third-Party Platform.We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any Third-Party Platform.
Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed exclusively by that platform’s own terms, rules, and policies, regardless of your geographic location. Any rights, obligations, or restrictions arising from your interaction with such platforms exist solely between you and the Third-Party Platform.
8.3 API Access & Authorization
If you choose to connect your account on a Third-Party Platform via API credentials, you acknowledge that:
API access is provided by a global third-party service, not by us
You voluntarily authorize limited access solely for service functionality
API permissions, restrictions, and availability are determined entirely by the Third-Party Platform
You are solely responsible for ensuring that API access is lawful and permitted for you in your location.
8.4 No Custody of Funds
We do not hold, control, or custody any user funds or digital assets.
All assets remain at all times within your personal account on the relevant Third-Party Platform. We do not have the ability to:
Withdraw funds
Transfer assets between accounts
Access platform credentials outside the API permissions you grant
8.5 Trading Risk & No Guarantees
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital.
We do not guarantee:
Profitability or specific returns
Accuracy or performance of trading signals or automated strategies
Continuous availability of Third-Party Platforms or their APIs
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
8.6 Third-Party Platform Availability & Changes
We are not responsible for:
Downtime, latency, errors, or outages of Third-Party Platforms
API changes, limitations, rate-limits, or deprecations
Order execution delays, slippage, or discrepancies caused by external systems
Any changes made by Third-Party Platforms may affect the availability or functionality of our services without prior notice.
8.7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
Losses arising from trading activity executed via Third-Party Platforms
API malfunctions, incorrect data, or failed executions
Actions taken by Third-Party Platforms, including account suspension or restriction
You agree that you use Third-Party Platform integrations entirely at your own risk.
8.8 Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Third-Party Platforms and our services complies with:
The terms of the respective Third-Party Platforms
Any laws or regulations applicable to you in your location
We do not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
